Casino Queen is located in East Saint Louis at two hundred South Front st. A total of 150 bedrooms and 7 suites available at the gambling den. The casino occupiestwenty-seven five hundred square feet and provides many highlights. In addition to playing, Casino Queen provides a 2,500 customer river boat, a 140 lot camper campground and simple access to MetroLink light-train location.
